Quando levantamos as informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre o mercado B2B e seus competidores, percebemos que o consultor a ser desenvolvido fazia um enorme esfor\u00e7o para vender e muitas vezes n\u00e3o conseguia o \u201csim\u201d t\u00e3o almejado em suas negocia\u00e7\u00f5es. Em Telecom, o portf\u00f3lio das operadoras \u00e9 muito semelhante. Como convencer um cliente que a solu\u00e7\u00e3o de uma empresa \u00e9 melhor que a do concorrente? Como argumentar e contra argumentar as obje\u00e7\u00f5es encontradas no dia a dia? Com base nisso, desenvolvemos um curso\u00a0<em>online\u00a0<\/em>utilizando variadas t\u00e9cnicas de vendas, negocia\u00e7\u00e3o e CRM, que os fizessem refletir sobre os desafios propostos e assim encontrar formas alternativas de diferenciar e potencializar o portf\u00f3lio que tinham em m\u00e3os para vender.
